We are committed to send you a clear and accurate quote within the hour after receipt of our request form for all requests under 5000 units. For larger quantities and for non-standard requests, we require 24 hours to guarantee you the best price.
For all your requests, we ask that you be as accurate as possible so that we can immediately send you the quote that corresponds to your choice from among our various available models and options.
To validate your order, all you need do is return our quote approved by selecting the quantity desired and the options, and by providing us with your full name and address as well as your company number or SIRET. We will then send you by return an exact order confirmation providing details of all the items on your order.
Your payment terms will also be indicated on this document after your file has been accepted by our credit insurance. If it refuses your file, you will have to make full payment in advance of the proforma invoice.
Orders that have been validated cannot be cancelled.
